The EMS Leadership Seminar was developed by a small group of San Diego area EMS leaders in order to assist the county’s ambulance services provide leadership development opportunities for new supervisors and managers.
Fast forward to today, the annual conference is hosted by three local ambulance service trade associations including:
Ambulance Association of San Diego
Ambulance Association of Orange County
Los Angeles County Ambulance Association
